We all know that staying at the host hotel allows us to have a weekend-long, immersive experience without the stress of time-consuming travel. Most importantly, it gives organizers more negotiating leverage to keep a world-class event at a great local venue, and it allows us to keep costs down by establishing strategic partnerships with hotels and business districts after gaining their trust.

The Venue

We are proud to have secured a beautiful hotel for us, which was built in 2016. We will be spending a much-needed weekend with like-minded people at the Hyatt Regency in Aurora Colorado.

Members of the board have toured the hotel and we are thrilled to share that the public area and rooms are elegant and well kept. The on-site restaurant has a fabulous menu and seats about 80 people. Moreover, there is an on-site Starbucks and they will keep it staffed until 6:30 pm if we have enough demand during the event.

The convention space totals 35,000 square feet and we are happy at the prospect of having our dungeon centralized again!

Important Hotel Reservation Information

1. It is important to know that the fire code allows up to four guests per room.
2. The room rate is for two guests per room. Per the hotel’s policy, there may be an extra charge for additional guests.
3. When you reserve your room, you will need to provide the code G-Gods.
4. Only trained and certified service animals are allowed at the property.
5. You may reserve one room per credit card. Per hotel policy, two keys will be issued per room.
6. Once you register, your card will be charged for two nights, one night is non-refundable at the time of registration.
7. The last day to cancel your room reservation and receive one night’s refund is July 2, 2023.
