Vendor Information
- There will be a $100 non-refundable deposit if chosen (due within 45 days of acceptance letter) with full payment due by April 20th, 2024.
- Single and Single Plus booth spaces will include two tables. Double booth spaces will include three tables. Additional tables available for additional cost.
- Electrical and Internet access can be obtained via the hotel Audio/Visual Company Encore Global for an additional fee. You will be able to find information regarding costs and their forms on our website under Vendors.
- You will receive two (2) full event packages for a full booth rental. If chosen for a double booth you will receive one (1) additional event package for a total of three (3) full event packages. All event packages are non-transferable and be used for working employees of your company only. Additional event packages can be purchased if needed.
- We will require your company logo and two (2) merchandise images, sent as high resolution .png files to post on our website and the social app we will be using for the event for advertising. This allows our members and prospective members to shop your inventory prior to the event.
