Membership Information

Full Member

A full member is classified as an individual who is the primary invitation holder. As a full member, you are responsible for all behaviors and actions you and your guest(s) exhibit before, during, and after attending the event. Should you or any of your guest(s) violate any of the rules and or exhibit any behavior that is counter to the values and norms of the event and thereby reflecting poorly on the event as a whole; on or off of the event property, this includes but not limited to restaurants, businesses, parking lots, area neighborhoods, open public area, etc., your membership will be canceled, and you and your guest(s) will be asked to leave and/or escorted from the event. Should this occur all future memberships and invites will be subject to the producer’s approval.  If the incident/action/behavior is determined to be intentional, repetitive, or egregious you and your guest(s) will not be invited back, ever.  Unfortunately, this is a necessary step as other events have struggled with poor or undesirable behavior from their attendees which has made finding venues for their events very difficult if not impossible in some locations. We understand that many of you are friends of the event staff and its producers however, for the event to survive and offer all of you a place to connect and enjoy there will be no exception to this policy. It is the full member’s responsibility to ensure that they communicate to their guest(s) (sponsored members) the above policy as it will have a direct impact on you as a full member and your ability to attend both the current and future events.  Additionally, if you are bringing a less experienced member of the community to the event you are responsible for educating them as to what they should expect at a kink event.

Provisional Member

A provisionary member is an individual who is not yet a full member but is allowed to bring one additional guest.  Much like full members, provisionary members are responsible for all behaviors and actions you and your guest exhibit before, during, and after attending the event. Any adverse behaviors from you or your guest will be a direct reflection of the provisionary member.  Revocation of the provisionary member’s membership and subsequent ability to continue attending the event now or in the future. Please read the policy under Full Member for further explanation.

Sponsored Member

A sponsored member is an individual who is not a primary invitation holder but rather an invited guest of a full member. Full members are responsible for you and your behaviors. Any adverse behaviors will be a direct reflection of the full member. Revocation of the full member’s membership and subsequent ability to continue attending the event now or in the future. Please read the policy under Full Member for further explanation as it also applies to Sponsored Members.

Sponsored members are eligible for Full membership after a proven track record of attending the event and following all rules and policies.  The time frame for this can vary from person to person based on various factors i.e., number of times attending the event, time in the community, local club memberships, behaviors etc. All approvals for full membership will be at the discretion of the producers.

Listed below are the benefits that Full, Provisional and Sponsored members receive.

Registration

Our new registration process is a tier level system, similar to other events throughout the country.

These tiers are based on the order of completed registration and payment of the event package, not when you received your invitation.

$200 – Early Bird – SOLD OUT!

$225 – Regular registration, available until xx/xx/xxxx

$250 – Late registration from xx/mm/yyyy until July 15, 2025

There will be no walkup registrations, this is an invite-only event.

The last day to cancel your membership for a full refund is Feb 2nd

Partial refund from Feb 3rd – April 10th

No refunds will be given after April 11th

Once full members confirm their interest in attending, they will receive a link via email to the event registration page.  Full members will be required to supply the names and email address for all guest(s) (up to 3 people) that will be attending the event with them at the time of registration. Once we have verified your guest(s) a separate link will be sent to them to register.

Regular check-in will be available on Friday, August 1st from 9am to 5:30pm and Saturday, August 2nd from 9am to 5:30pm. There will be no Sunday or Monday check-in.
